DVD Shrink is a great program i&#039;ve been using for a couple of years - and its Free !!  DVD&#039;s will copy straight over (takes a couple of hours) and these have copyright protection.  Shows like the Saprnos can also be recored.

As far as recording TV shows is concerned, the software supplied with your TV card should give the ability to record it.  Most will only play through your TV card&#039;s software but if you rename the program with an .avi extention it should plat through media Player</description>
