The most important news to come out of last month’s Macworld Expo was Apple’s decision to make movie rentals available through the iTunes Store. We explore how to find the movies you want, download rentals, and transfer them to a device like an iPod or iPhone, along with other tips and tricks.

Jan. 15 – At its annual MacWorld, Apple unveiled a new web movie rental service, along with a superslim laptop computer. Apple CEO Steve Jobs presented the new products at the company’s annual MacWorld convention in San Francisco. Bobbi Rebell reports.

A guide tour of the new Apple TV

On January 15, 2008, Steve Jobs announced upgrades to the Apple TV system (dubbed ‘Take Two’) at the 2008 San Francisco Macworld Event. The free software update removed the requirement for a standalone computer and added ability to rent and purchase movies and music from the iTunes store as well download podcasts and stream photos live from .Mac and Flickr directly to your television via the Apple TV.
