When my soon-to-be ex-spouse moved out, he took with him two game and two movie rentals. These were checked out in my name. He refuses to return them to the store or to me. Is this something I can file a police report for?
When my soon-to-be ex-spouse moved out, he took with him two game and two movie rentals. These were checked out in my name. He refuses to return them to the store or to me. Is this something I can file a police report for?
I understand they are checked out in my name, but to me that makes it my property and he won’t give it back.
